    Who is Ellie?

Ellie Mental Health Services (Ellie for short) is more than a classy brand, we really believe that anyone and any relationship can change for the better. Ellie is a highly successful multi-clinic mental health organization started in Minnesota and expanding to Central Florida. Ellie clinics are structured to remove many of the daily obstacles that get in the way of providing world-class mental health services. Ellie strives to lower the administrative aspects of providing care to the absolute minimum, so our practitioners have more time to focus on what they love - serving clients! We want our people to be happy because happy therapists do better work and provide better client care!

    Pillar 1: Ellie Core Values

Our core values emphasize impactful connections that allow us to fill the gaps in our communities and make a real difference. These values are creativity, authenticity, humor, compassion, acceptance, and determination.

Pillar 2: A Culture of Appreciation

Do you resonate with therapists being appreciated? Are you tired and fed up with therapy in a box? Would you find it helpful for your therapy customers to be matched to your passion and niche? Does your preferred therapy approach meet somewhere in the intersection of diversity/equity/inclusion, family systems, neuroscience, trauma informed care, attachment science, and spirituality/mindfulness? Do you resonate with the description that therapy is a mixture of art and science? Would you find it personally and professionally fulfilling to share your passion and commitment in partnering with a group of like-minded professionals committed to building a culture of transformation guided from the inside . . . out versus from the outside . . . in?

    Pillar 3: Key Priorities

The name Ellie means "light bearer." Like the healing rays of the sun, life grows where there is the warm, healing light of compassion mixed with accountability. Here are some priorities Ellie therapists shine and share:

The Light of Teamwork: We work as a multi-disciplinary mental health team of providers guided by Ubunti, an African word meaning "I am because we are."

The Light of Faith: We bridge the dark chasm of fragmentation, fear, fake news, and factionalism that exists within ourselves, our families, our communities, our nation, and our world with the light of fearlessness, fresh ideas and strategies, focus, and most of all, . . .faith.

The Light of Ethics and Integrity: We embrace the values of walking the talk, balancing compassion and accountability, truth telling, quality over quantity, and showing up courageously.

The Light of Diversity and Inclusion: We mirror the rich diversity within our communities. We celebrate and accent strengths in individuals, couples and families across cultures and ethnicities; across genders; across industries and professional disciplines; and across faith traditions.

The Light of Transformation: We support and enhance the depth and creativity inherent within the process of change by leveraging family systems, neuroscience, attachment, trauma therapy, mindfulness, art, play, and other related evidence-based strategies to empower resilience and fostering a deep connection with our customers.

The Light of Presence: We believe in showing up authentically. We serve the sacred role of being shepherds co-journeying and co-navigating with our customers through seasons of trauma, grief and loss, separations from people, places, and things, relationship transitions, job challenges, educational challenges, and other life transitions.

The Light of Balance: We lean into discovering and re-enhancing genius in all its forms. We seek to celebrate underutilized and dormant assets which, when invested properly, balance out our vulnerabilities and lesser developed assets.

The Light of Excellence: We practice therapy as a sacred honor and accept the opportunity to continually challenge ourselves to stay sharp and to stay balanced in work and life.

The Light of Wholeness: We give priority to building meaningful and mindful attachments as the foundation to building wholeness in body, mind, and spirit.

The Light of Flexibility and Fun: It don’t mean a thing if it ain’t got that swing. Know what we mean?
