Job Description

Our Virtual CFO team members participate and collaborate with our clients on all financial aspects of their business. You’ll identify and regularly review the key drivers of the business to gain a better understanding of the company and offer insights on improvements. Other Virtual CFO services include: maintaining the financial forecast that aligns with the strategy of the business, industry benchmarking, team compensation planning, and managing lending relationships.

VIRTUAL CFO EXPECTATIONS

• Must be a CPA with at least 6 year’s experience
• Extensive experience with Excel (pivot tables, VBA, and macros a plus)
• QuickBooks, FreshBooks, and Xero experience a plus
• Business (and personal) tax experience a plus
• Two mandatory company retreats per year

THE RIGHT PERSON FOR THE VIRTUAL CFO ROLE HAS:

• Financial reporting tools (used in the real estate industry)
• Prior business experience and ability to apply that experience to a wide range of client situations
• Leader and Team Player with a positive can-do approach with a coaching, mentoring, and training mentality
• Ability to meet objectives such as tight deadlines, special project timelines, budget, and outcomes
• Ability to manage unexpected and sometimes urgent firm or client matters as they arise
• Time management skills and excellent at delegating work
• Unrelenting commitment to client satisfaction
