    Job Summary

    We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Executive Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide support to our executives, ensuring they have all the information and resources they need to perform their best. The ideal candidate is speaking French, highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.

    Responsibilities

    Helping with CEO's professional and personal agendas/ appointments.

    Demonstrating sensitivity in handling confidential information appointments and maintain calendar

    Organizing upcoming travel arrangements

    Performing general office duties, such as ordering supplies, shipping packages, managing branding and product collateral, etc.

    Managing and redirecting company/website emails

    Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive’s behalf

    Managing internal and external communications on Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams

    Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records

    Organizing event schedules and meetings with key business partners, customers, industry associates, partners and vendors

    Developing updating, and maintaining relevant office procedures

    Working closely with the CFO on Human Ressources processes.

    Qualifications

    Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or in a Human ressource department

    Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft office, including Microsoft Teams

    Proficient in Quickbooks Online/Quickbooks Pro

    Fluent in French

    Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize projects, solve problem and make decisions

    Strong Verbal and communication skills
