JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a full-time Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This person must be a motivated self-starter who can work independently and is willing and able to perform the many different tasks required in a fast-moving small company environment. This position will report to the VP of Sales & Marketing and will work closely with members of the sales, marketing, and operation teams. Most importantly, this person must fit our company culture and have an authentic passion for fitness and improving other people’s lives. This position will be based out of our headquarters in Solana Beach, California, although this individual will be allowed the flexibility to work remotely per company policy. This is a great opportunity to gain valuable skills and insights across the sales and marketing functions.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Support the execution of the Sales & Marketing plan, maximizing resources to increase awareness and demand for ElliptiGO products.

· Help manage the onboarding process for new ElliptiGO sales partners.

· Provide ongoing support and customer service to our domestic dealer network and sales partners.

· Help execute strategies to build our lead database and increase conversion.

· Help manage the Marketing Calendar and related activities.

· Assist the sales and marketing teams with additional projects as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university preferred

· Three or more years of sales & marketing experience

· Motivated, self-managed and reliable

· Strong organization and project management skills; ability to manage multiple projects at the same time

· Efficient Computer Skills: Familiarity with Google Apps, MS Office Apps and CRM/ERP Systems

· Avid runner, cyclist, and/or fitness enthusiast a strong plus
