JOB SUMMARY

Accounting clerk will be responsible for performing daily timeclock editing, processing of payroll and processing of accounts payable invoices for multiple entities.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

· Must have basic payroll and accounts payable skills.

· Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office computer basics and excel skills

· Performs other job related duties as assigned/ requested

· Must have the ability to read, 10-key, type and work basic office equipment. Work well with others and as a part of a team. Oral and written communication skills are required. Ability to follow written and oral instructions.

· Must be able to obtain gaming card and pass pre-employment test, hair and urine drug test and background check

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

· While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit for extended periods of time. Occasionally lift boxes up to 20 lbs. and up.
