A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CALL CENTER REP
As a full-time Call Center Rep, you arrive each day determined to provide superb customer service to our clients. Your primary responsibilities are to schedule semiannual maintenance and ensure that our client's HVAC systems are working properly.
Your positive, friendly disposition comes through in all your interactions and is one of the reasons our clients enjoy doing business with us. Your excellent communication skills ensure that clients are educated about our annual club membership benefits and any questions they have are quickly resolved. You love that you get to interact with people every day and enjoy keeping busy.
QUALIFICATIONS
TELEMARKETER/CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE IS PREFERRED. EXPERIENCE IN THE HVAC INDUSTRY IS A PLUS! Do you want to help people? Are you dependable and reliable?
