Job Description

Elyon Strategies is searching for a Business Analyst to join our team. You will provide support and capacity for the project manager, add capacity to the project team and help coordinate and facilitate communication between project management teams and the vendor/operators. Assist in escalating issues for resolution as appropriate.

The Business Analyst will provide general support to the management team, leadership team, and the vendor to help provide capacity and facilitate quick turnarounds for key deliverables and deadlines.

Evaluate business processes, requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and provide recommendations

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
• A minimum of three (3) years of broad, extensive, and increasingly responsible experience applying business analysis principles, methods, techniques, and tools to IT projects.
• A minimum of three (3) years’ experience in determining and documenting user requirements.
• A minimum of three (3) years’ experience and proficiency with MS Office software.
• A minimum of three (3) years’ experience providing schedule management assistance in support of schedule development, planning and management.
• Experience in reviewing and analyzing information, reports, systems, processes (business and data) and operation procedures.
• Experience providing support and assistance in the tracking of project issues and risks.
• Experience providing support and assistance in the tracking of project meeting notes, decisions, and related documentation.
