Job Description

Elyon Strategies is searching for a Technical Leader to join our team to assist our State of California client that is responsible for technical support services critical to the operations of several agencies.  These services include introducing new technology solutions to increase process efficiency and productivity while maintaining compliance with the State of California IT policies. The team will be responsible for modernizing the electronic collection, update and reporting of data to improve services to the public and create efficiencies to program operations

Responsible for;

• Leverage DGS Enterprise Architecture approved software before proposing other software, as applicable.
• Create as-is and proposed solution architecture documentation required by the project approval lifecycle.
• Work with ETS staff to Contribute to identify proposed solutions that meet the documented business need and meet ETS architecture, security, and privacy standards.
• Review scope to identify any issues and misalignment between proposed solutions and source architecture requirements.

Minimum requirements

• Minimum five (5) years of experience of Application and database architecture, design concepts, data model transformation, data mining, Relational database design, entity relationship flow, Oracle, and normalization techniques
• Minimum three (3) years of experience with SQL Query Language
• Minimum two (2) years of experience with .Net Classic, asp.net forms
