Responsibilities and Duties:
· Self-source, build and maintain a network of leads through calls, knocking on doors and following up on referrals
· Maintaining professional and ethical behavior that aligns with our company culture
· Provide excellent communication to the customers and potential customers to ensure they understand the products, process and services needed
· The ability to demonstrate knowledge of the work needed to be completed on the home
· Be comfortable with getting up on a roof and walking around to assess damage
· Working knowledge of navigating a CRM system (preferably Hubspot)
· Weekly meeting and touch points with Sales Team Lead and or Sales Manager
· Ability to build strong trustworthy relationships with clients· Strong closing skills
· Attention to detail on the completion of SOP’s
· Comfortable navigating cloud-based technology and mobile apps
· Potential travel to different states

Qualifications.
· High level of communication skills
· Experience in insurance restoration construction (preferred)
· Driver’s License and reliable transportation
