    SUMMARY

    The Crew Lead leads by example through daily routines and interacting with guests to make sure guests have a satisfactory experience. This person is in charge of leading the team in either concessions, box office, or usher during their shift, and is cross-trained to lead any department. The Crew Lead is identified as a strong member of the Emagine team that is guest-focused, team-focused, and goes above and beyond to provide a high level or service to Emagine’ s internal and external guests.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Assist in creating an environment orientated to trust, open communication, creative thinking and cohesive team effort; motivate and inspire team members.

    Lead by setting a good example; model behavior consistent with words and company policies.

    Assist in facilitating problem solving and collaboration; maintain healthy group dynamics.

    Greet and educate guests about concession items, movies, rating systems, and theater directions so guests feel welcomed, well informed, and are able to choose from a variety of options.

    Provide outstanding customer service by consistently going above and beyond to ensure all guests enjoy their Emagine experience.

    Assist management in monitoring employee break and other minor restrictions per applicable State Law to ensure all legalities and rules are effectively abided by.

    Respond to guest comments while leading other employees to act in similar capacity to maintain a high level of guest satisfaction and quality.

    Adhere to company policy at all times to ensure efficiency and profitability standards are being maintained.

    Inform management when appropriate staffing levels are or are not being met to provide optimum servicing levels for all Emagine guests.

    Assist in team training functions to meet or exceed the company established criteria.

    Adhere to safety, sanitary practices and maintenance to ensure compliance with operational standards, company policies, federal/state/local laws, and ordinances; all health inspections meet required state standards.

    Other duties as assigned.

    Education and/or Experience

    No education or experience required. 6 months-1 year of customer service experience preferred.

    Performance Measurements

    1.Theater operation functions are efficiently, accurately, and effectively performed in accordance with established policies and standards. 2. Customer service levels for managing areas meet and exceed expectations. 3. Good working relationships with coordination exist with other team members and management.
