    SUMMARY The Community Outreach / Sales Manager is responsible for coordinating community marketing by partnering with local non-profits, school districts, and by executing events in the Theater. The Community Outreach / Sales Manager will be required to drive consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, execution and management of sales strategies to meet short and long-term sales goals while providing clients with exemplary service. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Book, attend, and assist in execution of Emagine events.

    Establish and maintain effective and timely communication with clients to ensure successful event and sales development and to promote client retention through exemplary service.

    Plan details with clients and Theater team to execute events from start to finish to ensure service expectations are met.

    Partner with local non-profits and school districts.

    Meet with clients to discuss their evolving needs for their event, build a relationship and work toward repeat business.

    Other duties as assigned.

    Education and/or Experience

    Equivalent to a college degree and two to five years of event and sales experience.

    2. Build and promote strong, lasting client relationships with the community by partnering and understanding their needs.

    3. Self-motivated, goal oriented, strong attention to detail, and ability to work within a fast paced environment.

    4. Good business relations exist with clients, vendors, trade professionals, etc.

    Computer Skills

    Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
