    Summary

    The Marketing Manager at Emagine Entertainment is the driving force behind our marketing initiatives across the entire theatre chain. From assisting in planning to execution, this role oversees a diverse range of marketing activities, including in-theatre promotions & social media strategy/campaigns. This position entails establishing and maintaining all promotions and in-theatre marketing efforts, as well as strategizing and scheduling marketing promotions. With a keen eye for detail and strong project management skills, the Marketing Manager ensures that promotions are delivered on time, within budget, and with maximum impact.

    This role will be based out of our office located in Troy, MI. Training will be conducted in-person during the first several months. There is potential for occasional remote workdays, subject to manager discretion, although this is not guaranteed.

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities

    Project Management

    Assist in establishing goals and objectives for each project and manage timelines to ensure deadlines are met

    Identify project risks and escalate issues in a proactive manner when necessary

    Assist in producing and maintaining in-theatre marketing plan updates

    Resolve conflict quickly to keep projects moving forward and functioning at a high level

    Conduct monthly theater visits and provide feedback on theater needs and/or concerns

    Navigate rapid changes and fast-paced environments, ensuring projects stay on track and deliver results efficiently

    Promotion Planning

    Oversee all in-theatre marketing efforts, including digital signage and assist in the placement of marketing materials

    Maintain promo tracking on a monthly basis, and provide month end marketing reports

    Act as a liaison between theatres and marketing team and address or escalate any issues as they arise

    Assist in rewards program growth

    Collaborate on social media strategizing and execution of content

    Develop SOP’s for promotions & communicate to theatres

    Assist in managing monthly theater marketing calls & email communications

    Other Duties

    Other duties may be assigned by the Director of Marketing that are determined necessary to successfully carry out the goals of Marketing Operations

    Education and/or Experience

    Bachelor’s degree in business marketing or related field or equivalent experience

    Two to five years in a retail marketing communication required

    One to two years of Project Management experience preferred

    Computer Skills

    Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, internet savvy, with preferred familiarity in other project management software’s such as Asana

The employee is occasionally required to sit and climb or balance. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision and ability to adjust focus. Work hours could be 45 plus hours a week.
