  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    • Own the B2C and B2B email calendar — strategy, planning and execution across campaigns, product launches and the trading calendar
    • Build, deploy and optimise campaigns and automated flows in Klaviyo, including segmentation and list health
    • Drive continuous improvement across open rates, click-through, conversion and revenue attribution
    • Own the monthly B2B retailer newsletter (Trail Tales)
    • Manage the product seeding program — coordinating requests, fulfillment and follow-through with creators and brand advocates
    • Oversee day-to-day influencer partnerships, tracking deliverables and maintaining relationships
    • Monitor consumer sentiment across key channels and surface insights to inform content and marketing decisions
    • Bring a point of view on building a more structured community program — advocacy, UGC and consumer engagement
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related discipline.
    • 2–4 years of experience in email marketing, digital marketing, or a related role.
    • Hands-on experience with Klaviyo or a comparable email platform required.
    • Experience with influencer or community programs a plus.
    • Comfortable working cross-functionally across marketing, sales, and e-commerce teams in a lean environment.
    • Outdoor industry experience or genuine enthusiasm for outdoor gear preferred.
