    This is a Junior Manager Role, meaning we are looking for someone to be the first hire in our Marketing Department.

    About the Role

    You'll support and execute marketing initiatives across email, content, customer marketing, and product marketing. This role is perfect for someone who loves writing, understands how messaging drives sales, and is eager to learn fast in a startup environment. You'll work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Support to help build the foundation of Aloha's marketing engine.

    What You'll Do

    • Assist in creating and executing marketing campaigns across email, content, and social channels
    • Write clear, persuasive, sales-driven messaging for emails, landing pages, product updates, and customer communications
    • Support customer marketing initiatives to improve retention, engagement, and feature adoption
    • Help develop product marketing materials, including one-pagers, feature announcements, and internal enablement docs
    • Collaborate with Sales to ensure messaging alignment and support pipeline-building efforts
    • Contribute to Aloha's content engine: blogs, case studies, scripts, ad copy, and more
    • Use AI tools to accelerate content creation, research, and workflow optimization
    • Assist with basic analytics, campaign performance tracking, and reporting
    • Participate in in-office brainstorms, strategy sessions, and cross-team projects

    What You Bring

    • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, content, or a related field
    • Strong writing skills—clear, engaging, persuasive, and sales-aware
    • Experience with email marketing, content creation, and basic product/customer marketing
    • Comfortable using AI tools to ideate, draft, edit, and improve workflows
    • Curious, proactive, and excited to grow in a fast-paced environment
    • Experience with HubSpot or similar tools is a plus
    • Collaborative, organized, and comfortable working cross-functionally
