    The Role

    Email is a critical channel for how this organization educates, engages, and converts its audience. We’re looking for an Email & Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own and scale the email channel end-to-end.

    This is a hands-on role responsible for the strategy, execution, and optimization of our email channel. The ideal candidate combines strong campaign execution with a strategic, data-driven mindset and a deep understanding of lifecycle marketing, deliverability, and audience segmentation.

    You’ll manage both promotional campaigns and automated lifecycle programs while continuously testing, analyzing performance, and identifying opportunities to improve engagement and conversion.

    Role Responsibilities:

    Email Program Ownership

    Own the execution and optimization of all email marketing campaigns, including promotional sends, newsletters, and lifecycle workflows

    Manage and maintain the strategic email calendar, coordinating campaigns across multiple audiences and segments

    Ensure consistent, high-quality email production including layout, copy, and deployment

    Lifecycle & Automation

    Design, build, and maintain automated email programs such as onboarding, engagement, re-engagement, and sunsetting workflows

    Develop and execute segmentation strategies to improve targeting, personalization, and engagement

    Performance & Optimization

    Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance across key metrics including deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, and conversions

    Identify optimization opportunities and proactively address underperforming campaigns

    Plan and execute A/B tests across subject lines, creative, messaging, send times, and segmentation strategies

    Deliverability & List Health

    Proactively manage email deliverability, sender reputation, and inbox placement

    Maintain strong list hygiene through engagement monitoring, suppression strategies, and compliance with CAN-SPAM regulations

    Implement best practices for maintaining a healthy and engaged subscriber base

    What We’re Looking For

    2+ years of experience managing and optimizing email marketing programs

    Hands-on experience with email service providers such as Brevo, Klaviyo, Hubspot, or similar platforms

    Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing, segmentation strategy, and email automation

    Experience analyzing campaign performance and using data to drive optimization and testing strategies

    Deep knowledge of email deliverability best practices and compliance requirements

    Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns

    Nice-to-Have (not necessary)

    Experience designing email layouts in tools such as Figma, Adobe Illustrator, or BeeFree

    Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for email and landing pages

    Experience working with CRM integrations or audience data systems
