    Job Description

    About The Role

    You'll join our dynamic team as an Email & Web Developer, where you'll create compelling digital experiences that engage our audiences. Working closely with our Marketing and Engineering teams, you'll bring designs to life through responsive websites and email campaigns.

    What You'll Do

    Website Development

    • Build and enhance NetLine.com and our WordPress-based properties
    • Transform creative designs into engaging, functional web experiences
    • Develop interactive web forms and implement innovative features
    • Champion best practices in SEO, accessibility, and responsive design
    • Solve complex technical challenges using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

    Email Campaign Excellence

    • Create responsive HTML emails that deliver impact across all devices
    • Lead email testing and deployment for promotional and transactional campaigns
    • Build and maintain robust email templates
    • Optimize email performance across major platforms (Outlook, Gmail, mobile)
    • Drive email list management and optimization

    Creative Collaboration

    • Support the team with graphic design projects
    • Partner across departments to deliver successful projects
    • Contribute creative solutions to technical challenges

    Essential Skills

    • Proven expertise in HTML and CSS for web and email development
    • Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
    • WordPress development and administration capabilities
    • JavaScript and jQuery proficiency
    • Deep understanding of email client requirements and coding solutions
    • Sharp problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
    • Excellence in managing multiple priorities

    The salary range for this role is $80,000 - $100,000 based on experience.
