Job Description

Emanouil Brothers, Inc is a Chelmsford, MA based Landscape, Construction, Tree Service, Property Services and Real-estate holding company that is family owned and operated since 1986. We are looking to add a Bookkeeper / Accounting Assistant to our growing team. This role would be working hand in hand with Current Accounting Staff, Management team, and Owners. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work With Current Accounting Team
• Working in accounts payable – coding, entering and filing invoices
• Working with Accounts Receivable Tracking entering and sending invoices
• Entering Information for various divisions and companies
• Miscellaneous tasks with Insurance, Subcontracts, etc.
• Learning for future growth within accounting department

REQUIREMENTS

• 1-2 years minimum experience in bookkeeping
• Accounting Degree
• Proficient in Computer based systems Excel, Office, Sage Contractor 100 (is accounting software used most) and Quick Books

SALARY RANGE

$45,000-$55,000 depending on qualifications and the right person
