Hardscapes Foreman
Must be proficient in Paver Patios , Retaining Walls , Limestone walls , Sitting walls , Pillars , Fire pits.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate construction projects from start to finish
- Oversee a team of workers and ensure they are performing their tasks efficiently and effectively
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment
Skills:
-Hardscapes
-Experience operating bobcats, excavators, truck & trailers is a requirement.
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in construction projects
- Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices
- Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in project execution
- Strong problem-solving skills to address any issues or challenges that may arise during the construction process
