The hotel maintenance tech responds to guest requests, building notifications from the front desk, and you will work quickly to ensure the guest has a great stay, perfect room, while ensuring you keep housekeeping and customer service in mind while performing a work order. Responsibilities: Assist other technicians and engineers with a variety of maintenance tasks in a collaborative manner React to emergencies that happen before, during, and after your regular work shifts Manage the hotel's machinery and preventive maintenance procedures Handle maintenance issues as quickly as possible to assure guest satisfaction Operate various tools like wrenches, hammers, screwdrivers, drills, and other maintenance equipment Qualifications: Ability to use web-based software, including facilities maintenance software preferred This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent GED Valid driver’s license and good driving record required You should have the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Stellar communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are needed Compensation: $17 - $23 hourly
