    A front desk associate in a hotel is a fun and never-ending adventure! The Front Desk is responsible for greeting and registering guests, the hotel's check-in and checkout process, handling their requests, talking with our guests and patrons, and ensuring they have the best stay possible. Responsibilities: • Field customer complaints when necessary • Answer incoming calls and questions about guests’ needs in-person and online regarding room bookings, room rates, amenities, available rooms, rewards programs, and special requests • Connect with the housekeeping department to ensure guest accommodations are ready • Greet, check-in, and check out guests when they arrive and leave the premises, distribute keys and room assignments, and record credit card information • General bookkeeping: ensure all hotel guest account information is accurate and up-to-date Qualifications: • 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry as a hotel front desk agent, hotel receptionist, or guest service specialist preferred • Has experience answering telephone calls and troubleshooting stressful situations • Excellent time management skills, organizational skills, customer service skills, and interpersonal skills • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systems • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent Compensation: $16 - $19 hourly
