We're looking for someone who can manage the financial and operational aspects of our high-volume hotel restaurant along with the management of the breakfast team and hotel amenities we offer to our guests. You will recruit, hire, and train staff who can give our diners an exceptional experience. You must ensure that all local, state, and federal rules are followed by the restaurant. To take the survey, please use the link below: Encore Hospitality (cultureindex.com) Responsibilities: • Retain proper inventory levels of food and dining items and make precise plans for anticipated sales patterns • Examine each product and service for quality in accordance with the standards set by the company • Responsible for marketing direction and creative promotions and community events • Undertake routine assessments of team members' performance and ensure that they are held accountable for their actions through performance management • Deliver excellent quality of visitor satisfaction when dining in the restaurant Qualifications: • Computer skills and experience with MS Office strongly desired • Prior food service experience managing inventory levels, budgets, and operating costs is required • Have superb communication skills, organizational skills, and problem-solving skills • Must have 2-3 years prior experience managing a staff or in a relevant supervisory role, preferably in food service • This position requires a high school diploma or GED Compensation: $60,000 - $65,000 yearly
