Job Description
As the Technology Coordinator, you’ll be providing critical technological support to a 24/7 team of analysts operating across the USA, UK, and APAC. You’re now part of a tight-knit operation that delivers actionable intelligence and strategic advice to decision makers.
Your role will focus on supporting the Crisis Management Projects & Technology team in administering and developing key crisis response systems, with a particular emphasis on the Everbridge Visual Command Center (VCC) and other related tools. Your interest in crisis response technology will be essential in helping the team maintain and enhance system capabilities.
You’ll be working on site at our client’s offices in Austin, TX, during core hours of Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Please note that there may be occasional requirements to support out-of-hours or weekend operations during crisis events.
Day-to-day, you’ll be directed by the client’s security leadership, while also reporting to Sibylline’s Embedded Operations Team. You’ll receive full support from our head office, including access to training and professional development resources to help you succeed in your role.
Essential Functions / Responsibilities
Develop super-user knowledge of Visual Command Center, Everbridge, Veoci, and other tools
Support strategic and tactical management of key vendor development timelines and roadmaps to support Global Threat and Crisis Management
Manage projects for technology enhancements
Support project management for non-technology related projects as required
Build workflows, policies, and training to support crisis communications
Gather and synthesize requirements from GTCM tool users for new enhancements (new data feeds, integrations, feature adds)
Support technology budget planning and maintenance
Coordinate with the client Information Systems & Technology team, external vendor, and other client specific teams to drive development efforts
Support testing and quality control of technology
Benchmark to establish industry best practices and apply for team
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Advanced presentation software skills and visual creative skills (Keynote or similar software experience preferred)
Organized self-starter with time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to provide concise briefings to management with short turn-around times
Ability to distill complex ideas into simple requirements and communicate efficiently
Curiosity for technology (technical/engineering skills NOT required)
Capable of performing well under stress and within tight deadlines
Ability to see around corners, anticipate challenges, and propose solutions
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management or a related field; Master’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
Project management experience and experience with Wrike preferred.
Requires the ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as operational needs dictate.

This position is moderately self-directed and requires understanding and compliance with company policies, procedures, and values. The position works in an on-site office environment utilizing a computer and standard office equipment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to interact collaboratively with the team and stakeholders, and communicate via phone, videophone, or text messaging. The employee may be required to occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds. The position may require travel up to 5%.
