    Are you eager to reach the pinnacle of success and accelerate your real estate career? Our company offers mentorship, guidance, and educational courses to help you meet your objectives. We are seeking a determined Sales Agent in Spokane, Washington, US, to join our team and be remunerated based on commission, which may lead to considerable financial rewards. To be considered for this role, applicants need an active real estate license in Washington and we would prefer to have completed 3 transactions. Responsibilities: • Willing to lead generate for a minimum of 2 hours a day. Whether that is building your Sphere of influence, making cold and warm lead phone calls, or any other active form of lead generation • Attend daily morning huddles • Attend weekly team meetings • Attend events with Embrace • The first 90 days will be an onboarding process with an Embrace trainer (dependent on real estate experience) • Be proficient in all of Idaho real estate contracts and required documents for real estate transactions • Stay up to date on real estate market knowledge and trends • Willing to take extra training and attend out-of-state conferences (potentially) Qualifications: • Must be in the Coeur d'Alene, Idaho area • WA Real Estate license • Complete at least 3 transactions • High School level education or higher • 18+ years old • Coachable & ambitious to grow and add value to others • Positive attitude and abundance mindset Compensation: $150,000+ at plan commission
