Position Summary
Embraer is seeking a process-minded and data-driven analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping and enhancing the customer journey at Embraer. We are looking for a candidate who can think outside the box, with a passion for data collection and analysis using CRM and CX management tools.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform in-depth data/metadata analysis using CRM and CX Management tools
Perform manual tasks if needed like sending reminders or completing missing data and fields
Extract meaningful insights from survey data and present findings to stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner
Identify patterns, trends, and correlations in the data to inform business decisions
Create visually appealing and informative reports and dashboards to communicate survey results effectively
Recommend improvements to survey methodologies and data collection processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency
Help with customer identification, segmentation, and journey enhancement
ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Education:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science).
Experience:
Minimum of 1-3 years in developing business intelligence reports, dashboards, KPIs, with a strong portfolio showcasing past projects.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Technically capable, excellent communicator, and a desire to improve processes
Proficiency in statistical analysis and data visualization tools
Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data sets
Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical findings to non-technical stakeholders
Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment
Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
