    POSITION SUMMARY

    The Delivery Concierge is an individual contributor who is responsible for supporting the Customer Experience during the Aircraft Delivery process in the Melbourne, Florida site. This employee coordinates the hospitality, logistical and ceremonial activities prior and during their stay.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    • This is a high-visibility position that will interact with Customers and Senior Leaders on various occasions
    • Become a familiar face to Customers, building a relationship prior to their arrival or as they return to the campus
    • Provides excellent, personal customer service and attention to detail
    • Coordinates on/off-site Customer's hospitality arrangements such as transfers, hotel reservations, rental car and restaurant booking
    • Diligent to the Customer's infrastructure needs and comfort during their stay
    • Builds relationship and visits hotels and restaurants in the area to provide Customers with feedback and recommendations
    • Plan and host on-site Customer Aircraft Delivery events and ceremonies
    • Become an expert and gatekeeper for compliance topics for the department
    • Continuous improvement mindset

    PLANNING AND COORDINATION

    • Follow a 30-day check list for each delivery customer to act on the different tasks in the timeline
    • Create briefing material for each aircraft delivery to be sent out to building's email distribution
    • Attend bi-weekly status meetings to learn about each aircraft status, availability and Customer's plans in order to adjust the arrangements accordingly
    • Coordinate Customer Suite/Meeting Room schedule with the set up needed for each activity and relay it to other team members
    • Reach out to Customers and make hotel, car rental and restaurant reservations as needed
    • Daily check-in with Customers to learn/support their on-site experience
    • Coordinate with focal point and caterer on weekly/monthly menus for Customer meals. Provide feedback. Keep track of Customers dietary restrictions and allergies
    • Plan, Coordinate and Set up the Aircraft Delivery Ceremonies, invite Senior Leaders and supporting staff
    • Work with Marketing on quarterly/yearly order of the delivery gift collection based on the delivery projection of each year.
    • Track items after they are given on Compliance portal as well as inventory tracker
    • Perform quarterly audit of inventory
    • Coordinate Customer departure needs
    • Log Delivery records appropriately
    • SAP focal point
    • Lead continuous improvement projects related to delivery process
    • Administrative and Clerical duties to support the activities he/she will manage

    COMPLIANCE AND AUDIT RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Demonstrate a complete understanding of Embraer policies and procedures that pertain to the department.
    • Manage Delivery Collection Ordering, Tracking and Inventory
    • Quarterly audit of the Inventory stock

    ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

    Education:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality or equivalent education preferred; or equivalent work experience
    • Business or Hospitality related certificates preferred; or equivalent work experience

    Experience:

    • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience working in an Administrative, Sales or Marketing role with regular Customer-Facing interactions
    • Customer Service/Experience background

    • Excellent people skills; respectful, pleasant, emotionally intelligent
    • Excellent personal presentation; would adhere to dress code

    • Good business perspective, understands how to navigate through the Embraer processes and engage with key resources within the company.
    • Strong problem solving skills
    • Independent thinker and self-starter. Demonstrates strong sense of initiative
    • Able to multi task and meet multiple deadlines. Handles pressure well
    • Very strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
    • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
    • Comfortable speaking in front of a group
    • Bilingual skills is desirable, but not required
