Job Description

We are seeking an Embroidery Machine Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating embroidery machines and producing high-quality embroidered products. On site training is available.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate embroidery machines to embroider designs onto various materials such as hats, shirts, bags, and more

Load and unload materials onto the embroidery machines

Ensure machines are properly threaded and functioning correctly

Adjust machine settings to optimize embroidery quality and speed

Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards

Perform routine maintenance on machines

Organize and maintain inventory of embroidery supplies

Collaborate with designers and other team members to create custom designs

Requirements:

Prior experience operating embroidery machines perferred, but not limited to.

Strong attention to detail

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Good communication and problem-solving skills

Basic computer skills and ability to read and understand digital designs

Ability to lift up to 30 pounds

Flexible schedule and ability to work overtime as needed
