Position Summary

We are seeking a well-seasoned, highly motivated Nurse Injector to lead as the Clinical Leader in our Chandler location. The candidate must be bright, mature and compassionate as the Nurse Injector will be a valuable team player, assisting in growing the concierge and aesthetic brand within the practice. The candidate should be confident, independent, and an excellent communicator. The candidate will be committed to the highest standard of excellence with high energy, a team player, self-motivated, detail-oriented, polished professional attitude. Organizational and Positive, team focused attitude is a must.

Nurse Injector tasks and duties_** :

• Maintain office protocols.
• Follow all OSHA and HIPAA regulations.
• Offer IV therapy as part of daily job duties, required.
• Demonstrate leadership abilities and provide support to the aesthetics office and administrative staff.
• Provide the highest level of client care.
• Perform initial client consultations and patient history and physical examinations.
• Analyze client data and determine the need for follow-up appointments and further treatment options.
• Take before and after pictures and charting for each client.
• Interact professionally with other aesthetics team members to provide the ultimate client experience.
• Adhere to high professional standards in dress, grooming and language.
• Actively build strong client relations and encourage for referrals.
• Meet and exceed performance targets.
• Ensure all consent forms are signed and uploaded to the Aesthetics system.
• Attend and participate in all general and team meetings.
• Attend all in-house training and commit to outside continuing education or events.
• All other assigned duties.

Nurse Injector Requirements :

• Partner with aesthetician to develop treatment plans, protocols, and encourage VIP Memberships.
• Perform Injectables (PRP, Botox and all fillers).
• Perform PDO Threads.
• Experience in lasers is a plus, but not necessary.
• Micro-Needling is a plus, but not necessary.

• Mobile (Required).

Required Qualifications :

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• RN License in state of Arizona.
• 1 year experience in Aesthetics.
• Experience Nurse Injector: 1 year (Required).
• Must maintain continuing education requirements (for State of Arizona).

Salary :

• $40.00 per hour-$80.00 per hour (Based on experience).
