    CLIENT SYSTEM ADMIN III

    JOB SUMMARY

    The Client System Admin III is the advanced-level in the series who possess the ability to work on a wide variety of technical tasks relating to multiple concurrent projects while ensuring that the ongoing production-related needs of our day-to-day operations are met. You will be required to facilitate clear communications for the purposes of executing assigned project activities and remediating production-related technical issues. The position entails responding to, investigating and resolving routine change requests, tasks, and problem incidents assigned to the CSA-III in a timely manner consistent with established service level agreements. The CSA-III will engage in the implementation and testing of regularly scheduled system updates and coordinate required communications for the installation of those updates. Additionally, you will assist in the research, development and implementation of new technologies, techniques and processes as required for the betterment of the organization and the team. The Client Systems Administrator III provides regular after-hours on-call support and assists in and takes responsible ownership of incident resolution efforts during or after normal business hours. The CSA-III may participate in peer cross-training for the purpose of bettering the team and the organization. The CSA III may work both alone and with various teams across the organization.

    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Install, configure and support complex server-based systems; recommend and deploy server hardware and software, including operating systems, applications and patches to support the business operations.
    • Perform daily work assignments as assigned.
    • Assist in tracking and maintaining service level agreements for incidents, requests and projects tasks.
    • Research technical solutions based on requirements, ranging from group to org-wide deployments.
    • Engage in tier 2 and tier 3 troubleshooting on issues identified with deployed services, providing resolution and remediation.
    • Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
    • Awareness of the seriousness of the patient care environments.
    • Strong interpersonal skills, oral communication skills.
    • Assist in the design of complex technology solutions taking into account the existing tech landscape.
    • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Awareness of corporate statement values.
    • Understanding of the organization's goals and objectives.
    • Self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail.
    • Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws.

    • On-call availability 7/24 as part of a rotation schedule.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Windows Server Platforms administration experience.
    • Perform tasks related to the operation, servicing, troubleshooting, and account administration of VPSX Printing, Windows Client Operating Systems & Windows Server Platforms.
    • Experience with the administration of Client Systems.
    • Experience with the engineering or management of Microsoft Server Services.
    • Basic Network troubleshooting capabilities.
    • Familiar with network topologies.
    • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and procedure manuals.
    • Demonstrate an understanding of the application of technology in the technical environment.
    • Capable of designing clear transition plans to demonstrate to a client for new services or products.
    • Capable of taking a conceptual solution and turning it into a detailed design.
    • Capable of prioritizing workload based on client requirements, as needed.
    • Have the necessary communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients.
    • Demonstrate the ability to keep up to date with technology as it develops and inform Lead and CSM of their impact.
    • Act as the technical point of contact for clients and technical teams throughout the client life cycle.
    • Ability to work under stressful conditions.
    • Ability to maintain current knowledge of technological advances in the field.
