We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, sales-savvy individual who loves strategic thinking and marketing to join our team at Embry Aesthetics. As a Med Spa Sales Associate, you must be self-motivated, professional, confident, enthusiastic with a positive attitude as well as a strong aptitude for sales, and able to multi-task and work as a team.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

• Outstanding customer service, sales, social and communication skills.
• Good computer skills with the ability to master new programs quickly
• Critical thinking skills, including conflict resolution
• A fast learner, with a positive attitude, and ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
• 2 years customer service and sales experience
• High school diploma, college degree is plus
• Previous experience in a medical spa environment is desired
• Proven results in Med Spa/ Fitness /Tanning /Sports membership sales experience, a PLUS
• A strong team player with ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Must be able to effectively communicate with members and guests about membership benefits, spa policies and procedures

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Meeting Membership Sales Goals
• Providing great service to members and guests by answering phone calls, setting appointments and greeting upon arrival;
• Serve guests in person and by phone with bookings, welcome and departure, orientation to facilities and introduction to treatment professionals.
• Effectively explain and upgrade services to clients both over the phone and in person
• Anticipate guests' needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests, however busy and whatever time of day. Maintain positive guest relations at all times.
• Explain and promote all med spa facilities, services and activities. Knowledgeable in all aspects of spa services, programming and reservations.
• Assisting in administrative tasks including filing, member folder maintenance, and data entry of client records and surveys;
• Communicating the continually changing schedule and operational needs with teammates;
• Execute the daily operational tasks, day-to-day goals and priorities assigned by management;
• Maintaining professional front desk and reception area, as well as light cleaning to uphold store cleanliness standards.

Job Pay: $18-$22 per hour based on experience PLUS Sales Commission!!!
