We are looking to add 10 team members throughout the Gulf Coast of the panhandle. This is a team-based, commission position. Responsibilities: AS A REAL ESTATE APPRENTICE, YOU WILL... • Build relationships with clients and potential clients via email, text, social media, and in-person connections • Guide clients through one of their life major milestones in their life by educating them, providing resources, and advocating for their best interests • Guide investor clients through the short-term rental investment process • Provide expert knowledge on the current real estate market • Show properties to potential clients both one-on-one and open houses (must be flexible with your schedule) • Learn what is important to a client and help them meet their housing goals • Advise clients on preparing their property for the market, pricing strategies, and negotiate the best terms for them based on their goals OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU, WE WILL... • Provide initial and ongoing training as well as accountability to help you be the absolute best agent for our clients • Train you on how to meet the needs of clients while still having an abundant life • Provide the technology needed to keep up with the constant changes in the industry, including Contact Relationship Management software, Website, and Tracking tools • Take care of most of the expenses a traditional real estate agent incurs • Be trained by industry leaders who understand what it takes to be successful and are willing to share their knowledge and experience to help you reach your goals faster • Support you in reaching your goals • Help push you to be the best YOU possible Qualifications: • Current real estate license or willingness to obtain a license • Flexible and reliable • Enjoys advocating for others • Must be open to new adventures • Be a team player • Enjoy meeting new people • Desire to be successful • Have a positive outlook Compensation: $45,000 - $100,000 + commission yearly
