Responsibilities: • Manage Incoming Calls: Field inquiries and arrange appointments for home viewings in thriving Seattle neighborhoods like Capitol Hill, Ballard, and more. • Prospect Actively: Seek new clients on a weekly basis; we provide the leads, and you build the relationships. • Client Follow-Up: Understand client needs for home search and coordinate showings. With our tools, it's streamlined and efficient. • Assist in Selection: Guide clients toward their dream homes by presenting listings and narrowing down choices. • **Prepare & Negotiate Contracts: **Take charge of purchase contracts, negotiate, and support clients all the way to closing. • Exceptional Customer Service: Build lasting relationships and encourage referrals through top-notch service – we thrive on satisfied clients! • Open House Coordination: Conduct and manage open houses on weekends, creating opportunities to meet potential clients. • Accompany Clients: Be there for the key moments – inspections, appraisals, final walk-throughs, and more. • Real Estate Knowledge Mastery: Acquire comprehensive insights into contracts and the home-buying process, ensuring clients are well-informed. • Business Growth Expertise: Utilize our outstanding marketing strategies and exemplary service guidelines to build your successful real estate business within The Emerald Group. Compensation: $80,000 - $200,000 at plan commission
