Why The Emerald Group? • Team-first mindset: we help each other • We sell more homes per month than the average agent sells in one year • We provide ongoing training, team meetings, and the tools and systems you need to be successful • One-on-one coaching and mentorship monthly • You get best-in-class marketing tools and sales support • Full-time staff to support you • We provide you with new clients to help you grow business • We pay for marketing and other fees for you Responsibilities: • Answer incoming client calls and set appointments with clients to view homes • Prospect for new clients each week • Follow up with clients on home search criteria and future showings • Assist clients in narrowing their search by providing new home options and guiding them to the perfect fit • Write purchase contracts for clients on the home they want to buy, negotiate on their behalf, and help them to close • Provide excellent customer service throughout the process and get referrals to start growing your business • Host weekend open houses to help find new clients • Attend home inspections, appraisals, and final walk-through appointments with clients • Learn about real estate contracts and the process of buying to help educate clients • Learn how to grow business through exceptional marketing and customer service Qualifications: • Washington state real estate license is required before you can join The Emerald Group • Professional communication skills and time management • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate CRM and marketing software • Ability to work directly with clients and ensure customer satisfaction • Highly motivated and a self-starter who can work independently and as a team • Reliable transportation for yourself and clients, if needed • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies • Display persistence and resilience when working through challenging situations • Knowledge of the Seattle area and neighborhoods is a plus • Previous experience in sales • The ability and skill to have difficult conversations • Organization with showing schedules and strong communication with Brennen and the clients • The ability to work evenings and weekends • Flexibility in your schedule • Discipline and motivation to do anything it takes for the client to have a great experience • A coachable attitude where you can adapt and learn • Must live in Puget Sound and know the city well Compensation: $20,000 - $200,000 at plan commission
