Responsibilities: • Engage with incoming calls, managing inquiries and scheduling appointments for property viewings in vibrant Seattle neighborhoods like Capitol Hill, Ballard, and more • Actively seek out new clients weekly, utilizing provided leads to establish and nurture relationships • Follow up with clients to understand their home search requirements and coordinate property viewings efficiently using our streamlined tools • Assist clients in selecting their dream homes by presenting listings and helping them narrow down their choices • Take charge of preparing and negotiating purchase contracts, providing support to clients throughout the closing process • Provide exceptional customer service to build enduring relationships and foster referrals through top-tier service excellence • Coordinate and manage open houses on weekends to create opportunities for meeting potential clients • Accompany clients during key moments such as inspections, appraisals, final walk-throughs, and more • Master real estate knowledge by gaining comprehensive insights into contracts and the home-buying process to ensure clients are well-informed • Utilize exceptional marketing strategies and service guidelines to drive business growth within The Emerald Group Qualifications: • To be considered for this Real Estate Sales Apprentice position in Seattle, WA, US, you must hold a valid Washington state real estate license • Effective communication and time management skills are essential for successfully managing client interactions and your schedule • Proficiency in real estate CRM and marketing software is a requirement, and we offer support to help you adapt to new technologies • Dedication to providing excellent customer service is a fundamental aspect of this role to ensure client satisfaction • Motivation and independence are key qualities needed as you will work both independently and as part of a team • Reliable transportation is necessary for you and your clients to explore various neighborhoods in Seattle • Willingness to learn and embrace new tools and technologies is crucial for success in this position • Persistence and resilience are essential qualities to overcome challenges in alignment with our values • Familiarity with Seattle and surrounding areas like Capitol Hill and Ballard provides a significant advantage • Previous sales experience is valuable and can contribute to success in this role • Strong conversational skills and the ability to handle difficult client conversations are necessary • Organizational expertise, especially in managing showing schedules and maintaining communication with clients and Brennen, is highly valued • Flexibility in your schedule is required as evening and weekend availability is necessary • Unwavering discipline and commitment to providing an exceptional client experience are essential • A coachable attitude that is open to learning, adapting, and growing is a must in our ever-evolving industry • Must be a local resident of Puget Sound with a deep knowledge of the city and a strong work ethic Compensation: $80,000 - $200,000 at plan commission
