Lead social intelligence research projects end-to-end
Lead client calls and client relationships
Play a crucial role on a small team that provides a unique category of insights for the company
Capture online conversations, publications, and other posts using Boolean queries
Analyze posts and language using a wide variety of data cuts
Investigate conversations for patterns and themes
Put those patterns together to create a story that provides insights for market research clients
Ensure overall quality of project processes and client deliverables
Qualifications
Qualifications
4-year bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
1-3 years experience with social media analysis, language analysis/linguistics, analytics, market research, insights, business intelligence, or consulting experience
Must possess proactive leadership skills
Experience with social listening tools such as Brandwatch, Sprinklr, Talkwalker, Synthesio, etc.
Experience and excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills
Experience with qualitative and quantitative analysis
Aptitude for data science using R, Python, and other statistical/programming tools (preferred)

Additional Information
Details of Position:
Full-time hourly position reporting to the Director of Social Intelligence.
Salary pay range: $70,000 - $85,000 (based on experience).
Remote position: Regardless of work location, this position's assigned work hours are Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm Pacific Standard Time.
