Job Description

Applicant must have at least 2 years experience in processing and/or closing and have some knowledge of post closing work.

Responsibilities could include but are not limited to:

• ordering title
• lien search
• payoffs
• estoppel letters
• Working with realtors, buyer, seller and lender to obtain all information needed for title file in order to clear title and facilitate the closing
• Have knowledge of how to clear title and the issuance for creating Owners and Lenders Title policies
• Landtech software experience is preferred
• Bilingual speaker is necessary in Miami market
