The Customer Service Specialist will provide customers with an outstanding experience by professionally responding to their requirements effectively and in a timely manner. The Customer Service Specialist will follow the company Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions to ensure an acceptable accuracy level. The Customer Service Specialist will interface with other departments, engineers, outside salespeople and Area Functional Managers to service all aspects, including, but not limited to market analysis, technical assistance, pricing, lead times, status updates, manufacturing capabilities, critical to quality features, shipping etc. Initiate and facilitate customer contact to generate new business leads and regenerate existing dormant accounts.
