Emerge is currently recruiting qualified candidates for a 2nd or 3rd shift Welder job in Erie, PA for our client, a manufacturer of quality commercial and government products. This is a direct hire job. We are seeking candidates that have three (3) or more years of hands-on Welding experience in manufacturing,  excellent math and measurement skills and ability to read blueprints. Candidates must have experience in MIG, TIG, and Flux Core. There are 2nd shift or 3rd shift openings in a union environment. Our client  offers a competitive hourly pay rate of $21 to $22.63 per hour based on experience, with built in raises. They also offer excellent benefits including profit sharing, low-cost and low-deductible health insurance and 401K contributions.

Qualifications:

• Three (3) or more years of hands-on experience welding in all positions in a manufacturing environment, ASME Certified preferred.
• Strong Math and Measurement skills
• Must be able to read Blueprints
• Must pass pre-employment physicals and screenings.
