Emerge is currently recruiting qualified candidates for a direct hire Quality Assurance Technician job in Erie, PA for our client, a manufacturer of quality products. This position will have oversight of documents related to quality such as inspection reports, engineering changes, procedural instructions and more. Excellent data entry skills are required as this position will create reports. Recent engineering graduates are encouraged to apply. Our client offers a base salary and excellent benefits package.

Responsibilities for the Quality Assurance Technician job in Erie, PA include:

• Manages all quality control and quality process documentation.
• Data entry, data analysis and report creation.
• Maintain ISO documentation and files.
• Work with the production team to instruct and inform on quality issues and prevention procedures.
• Reports daily to the Quality Manager on issues and reports.

Qualifications:

• An associate or bachelor’s degree in an Engineering or Technical field.
• Experience with Quality systems including ISO 9001.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment background and physical screenings.
• Must have exceptional data entry skills.
• Must be proficient at MS Word and Excel.
• This position is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), which requires U.S. person employment status.
