Our client a nationally recogized and expanding engineering firm is looking for a Civil Engineering Regional Leader for their Birmingham, Alabama office. We are looking for someone with the drive and desire to make an impact in the Birmingham Community.

The Regional Leader will be responsible for business development, management, planning, scheduling, and design. The Regional Leader will provide leadership, mentorship, and design assistance to engineering staff for all civil engineering related projects.

The ideal candidate will possess a B.S. degree in civil engineering or related field, 8+ years of experience in the civil engineering field, licensed professional engineer.have experience working directly with clietns and hace a high capacity for self motivation and engineering knowledge on various topics.
