Emerge is actively seeking a trusted Financial Planning & Analysis Lead in Westfield, IN due to promotion! Our client is in the top four agriculture research programs in North America, and is one of the fastest-growing independent seed companies in the market!

This is an exciting opportunity for a Financial Planning & Analysis Lead with room for advancement. The Financial Planning & Analysis Lead will report directly to the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis and manage critical financial reporting, cost management & analysis in support of our Supply Chain internal business partners.

A key focus for the Financial Planning & Analysis Lead will be on building relationships and influencing decision-making across cross-functional teams to ensure financial results achieve alignment with business strategies.

Requirements for the Financial Planning & Analysis lead

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business related discipline required, MBA or CPA preferred • Seven (7) or more years experience in a business-related field, analysis, and modeling • SAP ERP experience preferred

• EPM software (OLAP, BI) experience for financial planning & analysis preferred • Agricultural seed/chemistry industry experience is a plus.
