    Job Summary

    Allstar Ambulance is seeking an experienced and motivated EMT Operations Supervisor to oversee daily field operations and support our EMT team. The Operations Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating field staff, ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining equipment readiness, and ensuring high standards of patient care and service.

    This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple operational responsibilities in a fast-paced EMS environment.

    Responsibilities

    Supervise daily operations of EMTs and field personnel

    Coordinate staff scheduling and ensure proper shift coverage

    Serve as the primary liaison between field staff and management

    Ensure vehicles, medical equipment, and supplies are properly maintained and stocked

    Respond to operational issues, staff concerns, and customer inquiries promptly

    Maintain and update company policies and operational procedures

    Ensure compliance with EMS regulations and company policies

    Monitor employee performance and provide leadership, support, and coaching

    Assist with patient care when necessary

    Maintain accurate operational records and reports

    Ensure staff certifications and required training remain current

    Qualifications

    Current EMT certification required

    Previous EMS leadership, FTO, or supervisory experience preferred

    Strong leadership and team management skills

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in high-pressure situations

    Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

    Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

    Must have experience with Traumasoft
