Opportunity Overview:

Optigy is seeking experienced Emergency Medicine physicians to provide locum tenens coverage at a well-established hospital in Gadsden, Alabama. This opportunity offers flexible scheduling, an expedited credentialing process, and a supportive clinical environment in a mid-volume ED.

Position Details:

• Shift Times: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

• Minimum Shifts: 6 per month

• Annual ED Volume: 21,000

• Staffing Model: 24 hours MD coverage / 12 hours APP coverage

• EMR: EPIC

• Travel & Lodging: All-inclusive rate

Qualifications:

• Must be Board Certified or Residency Trained in EM, FP, IM, or General Surgery

• Accepts ABEM, AOBEM, ABFM, ABIM, ABPS

• Certifications Required: AL EMS, ACLS, ATLS

• Alabama state license or eligibility required

• Emergency experience required
