Emergency Recovery Coordinator – Be the Calm, Be the Guide, Be the First Step Forward $75,000 - $85,000 per year (+ bonus after 90 days of employment)
Disaster doesn’t wait—and neither do you. You thrive in fast-paced, high-stakes situations. You’re the kind of person who sees a problem and solves it—immediately. When someone’s home has just burned, flooded, or been torn apart by a storm, you walk into the scene with confidence and compassion. You don’t flinch. You listen with care, speak with clarity, and lead with purpose. You know exactly how to connect with people in their most vulnerable moment—and help them begin the road to recovery.
At Paul Davis, we’re looking for a special kind of person—empathetic, persuasive, socially poised, and ready to move fast when others are frozen. This role isn’t for someone who wants to sit behind a desk. It’s for someone who’s ready to show up, lead, and be the difference—day or night, rain or shine, when people need it most.
Does this sound like you?
✅ You’re outgoing and gregarious—you know how to break the ice and build trust instantly. ✅ You’re a natural communicator—talkative, fluent, and emotionally tuned in. ✅ You stay calm under pressure, but move with urgency and intensity. ✅ You’re empathetic yet assertive—able to comfort people while guiding them forward. ✅ You’re restless, fast-paced, and driven—inaction isn’t in your DNA. ✅ You thrive on making an impact—and you do your best work when people need you most.
