    Emergency Recovery Coordinator Salary - $70,000 - $75,000 per year

Built on customer service, dynamic decision-making, and leadership, we're growing rapidly — and we need Emergency Recovery Coordinators who want to be on the front lines of restoring their community.

    What Does an ERC with Paul Davis Do? ERCs work directly with property owners, adjusters, project managers, first responders, and community leaders after traumatic events like a fire or flood — helping customers move from chaos to calm. You'll think quickly but in a controlled manner, giving property owners confidence that their home or business is in good hands. Our ERCs are dynamic speakers, comfortable in both one-on-one and group settings.

    Why the Team Needs You Serving others in their time of need isn't easy. We need someone who can build foundational relationships based on trust, actively listen, and sign mitigation work to stabilize and secure the structure before further damage occurs.

    Role & Responsibilities

    Generate revenue opportunities by directly consulting with property owners impacted by fire, water damage, or other large-scale emergency events

    Cooperate with public emergency response agencies and private entities

    Establish and maintain positive, trusting relationships with property owners and referral sources

    Monitor, interpret, and respond to lead sources

    Educate customers on services and clearly articulate their use and need

    Provide emergency recovery kits and services to impacted property owners

    Be familiar with your assigned territory and build local relationships

    Participate in restoration-related community awareness events and programs

    Proactively search for and act on new opportunities

    Support the franchise's mission, vision, and values in every interaction

    What You Bring

    Ability to clearly deliver truth and give certainty when property owners need it most

    Excellent communication and presentation skills

    Sound planning and organizational skills; able to prioritize and manage time

    Proficiency with current technology

    Relevant experience in restoration, insurance, sales, or customer service preferred

    Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record

    Career emphasis on learning and continuing education

    A servant's heart and drive to help people in need

    Working Conditions Work is performed in all types of indoor and outdoor conditions. Frequent use of personal protective equipment required. Occasional bending, squatting, stair climbing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

    Beyond core coordinator duties, this role owns the heartbeat of our mitigation operations—scheduling appointments, dispatching crews, and keeping customers and field teams aligned in real time. You’ll follow a consistent daily process, but no two days look the same as priorities shift, emergencies pop up, and the schedule changes on the fly—all in close partnership with the Emergency Services Manager and field teams.

    Required Education and Experience:

    High School Diploma or GED required

    Customer Service experience

    Three plus years’ experience in an Administrative position

    Preferred Education and Experience:

    Associate Degree Preferred

    One or more years’ experience within the restoration industry or related industry

    Physical Requirement

    Must be able to stay in a stationary position up to 100% of the time

    Constantly operates a computer

    Must be able to communicate and converse with customers over the phone

    Occasionally will lift up to 10lbs

    Ability to safely operate a company vehicle
