Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Nurse to deliver high-quality, comprehensive care across a diverse patient population. In this role, you will perform complex nursing procedures, adapt care plans for specific clinical conditions, and work independently to provide compassionate, expert support to patients of all ages and their families.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct Patient Care: Perform professional nursing care procedures in accordance with physician orders, established standards of care, and standardized clinical policies and procedures.
• Independent Practice: Autonomously manage daily assignments, exercise clinical judgment, and prioritize patient safety and outcomes.
• Family-Centered Care: Provide holistic clinical and emotional support to individuals across the lifespan—from pediatric to adult patients—and their families.

Required Certifications & Requirements

Active at Hire & Maintained Throughout Employment:

• BLS: Basic Life Support (American Heart Association)
• ACLS: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (American Heart Association)
• PALS: Pediatric Advanced Life Support (American Heart Association)
• Patient Sitter Competency Training (Completed upon hire)

Onboarding & Post-Hire Certification Timeline:

• Within 3 Months of Hire: Emergency Severity Index (ESI) Level 5 Training
• Within 6 Months of Hire: National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) Certification
• Within 1 Year of Hire: * Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP – American Heart Association) * Trauma Nurse Core Course (TNCC) * Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course (ENPC)
