Position Overview: As a Customer Service and Sales Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our customers over the phone. You will greet visitors, answer incoming calls, and assist with inquiries, providing friendly and professional service at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual.

Assist customers with inquiries, job information, and sales transactions.

Following up to make sure customer jobs are moving forward in a timely manner

Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer service and support.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service and sales roles preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
