    Customer Support Specialist

    Responsibilities:

    Respond to customer communications via phone & email while always ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

    Call insurance companies for Customer Insurance Information

    Input, keep accurate at all times and maintain up-to-date information in company CRM system

    Identify and escalate priority issues

    Perform outbound and take inbound communications as requested.

    Route requests to appropriate Departments

    Communicate professionally with outside clients, vendors and contractors.

    Perform customer follow up calls when necessary

    Complete and maintain accurate call logs

    Complete call reports

    Required Skills: Strong background in CRM based systems

    Type per minute

    Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, and Word

    Good keyboard skills

    Attention to detail

    Natural ability to take initiative and help solve problems.

    Ability to work independently

    Proficient in relevant computer applications

    Knowledge of customer service principles and practices

    Customer service experience

    Excellent verbal, written and communication skills

    Ability to take direction.

    Problem analysis and problem solving

    Customer service orientation

    Organizational skills

    Takes initiative, uses best judgment, adaptable, stress tolerance and resilient

    Works well with others.

    Professional conduct

    Qualifications:

    1 yr minimum Customer Service Experience

    Previous experience with CRM systems, databases or tracking programs a major plus

    Excellent communication skills

    Multiple computer systems, the proficient in Microsoft Office

    Able to maintain professional conduct with coworkers and customers at all times

    Strong work ethic and self-starter, able to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast-paced business environment.

    Problem solver with a continuous improvement mindset

    Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.
