    Help Build the Future of Emergency Veterinary Medicine Georgia Veterinary Emergency & Triage Services (GVETS) is seeking a full-time Emergency Veterinarian to join our rapidly growing overnight emergency hospital in beautiful Oconee County, Georgia.

    Officially opened on November 11, 2025, GVETS is a brand-new 6,300 sq ft ground-up construction facility designed specifically for advanced emergency and critical care medicine. We are proud to be one of only two overnight emergency veterinary hospitals serving Oconee County and the surrounding region within a 50-mile radius.

    This is an exceptional opportunity for an emergency clinician who wants more than simply “another ER job.” We are looking for a veterinarian who is passionate about high-quality medicine, mentorship, team development, and helping shape a hospital with enormous long-term potential.

    Schedule Our hospital operates:

    Monday–Thursday: 6:00 PM – 8:00 AM Friday 6:00 PM continuously through Monday 8:00 AM Open 24 hours throughout all major holidays

    Two advanced Ligasure surgical platforms

    Comprehensive in-house laboratory capabilities

    Digital radiology

    Full-color Doppler ultrasound

    Multiple portable AirScan ultrasound units

    Centralized wireless ECG telemetry capable of simultaneous multi-patient cardiac monitoring

    Modern ICU and treatment areas

    Entirely new facility and equipment throughout

    • DVM or VMD license
    • Licensed in State of Georgia in good standing
