    Location: Georgia Veterinary Emergency and Triage Services (GVETS) ,Watkinsville, Georgia

    Job Type: Full-time / Part-time (Evenings, Weekends, Holidays required)

    About the Role We are seeking compassionate and professional Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our Emergency Veterinary team. As the first point of contact for pet owners during urgent situations, you’ll provide comfort, clear communication, and efficient support to ensure our patients receive the care they need.

    What You’ll Do Client Communication & Support • Greet and assist clients promptly with empathy, compassion, and professionalism in person and over the phone. • Answer phones, triage emergency calls, and relay information to the medical team. • Triage incoming calls and walk-in cases to determine urgency and notify medical staff appropriately. • Clearly explain hospital policies, procedures, and financial options to clients. • Accurately enter client and patient information into medical records. • Process invoices and payments and financial transactions with accuracy. • Support clients through stressful and emotional situations with compassion and reassurance.

    Team Support • Collaborate and communicate effectively with veterinarians, technicians, and other team members to ensure smooth hospital operations relaying client and patient information • Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and professional front desk and lobby area. • Support hospital protocols for safety, infection control, and emergency preparedness.

    What We’re Looking For • Previous experience in veterinary, medical, or customer service preferred but not required. • Strong communication and multitasking skills. • Ability to remain calm and supportive in high-stress situations. • A passion for helping pets and their families. • A desire to work with an amazing team of professionals. • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities. • Flexible schedule with availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays (required for emergency hospital operations).
