Core Responsibilities

🏋️ Leadership & Coaching

Lead from the Floor: Coach 15-20 classes weekly across both locations to directly elevate the member experience.

Mentor & Develop: Act as a lead mentor for coaches, providing ongoing training in fitness instruction and sales conversion techniques.

Team Excellence: Cultivate a high-performing culture focused on member results and community engagement.

⚙️ Operations & Management

Multi-Site Oversight: Ensure operational excellence and team success across two boutique fitness studios.

Administrative Lead: Manage essential day-to-day operations, including scheduling, payroll processing, and hiring.

Business Growth: Drive studio performance by aligning coaching excellence with membership retention and sales goals.

Requirements & Qualifications

Certification: Must hold a nationally recognized fitness certification (e.g., NASM, ACE).

Experience: Previous experience with Orangetheory Fitness or other boutique fitness brands is highly preferred.

Track Record: Proven ability to lead a team and a deep passion for the fitness industry.

Compensation & Benefits

We offer a competitive, multi-tiered compensation structure designed to reward impact:

Structure: Base leadership pay + Coaching rates + Front desk/Administrative rates.

Growth: Defined career trajectory toward a General Manager role within an expanding studio network.

Compensation combines coaching pay, leadership responsibilities, and performance incentives, with total expected earnings between $55,000 and $70,000 annually.
